I read this book twice in 24 hours. I descended on it and devoured it like a ravenous horde. The author takes my favorite enemies-to-lovers trope and makes it snarkily fantastic.
Lucy hates Josh – and she knows Josh hates her. But then she begins to think maybe he doesn’t hate her… and that the fireworks his kisses ignite might be more than a way for him to manipulate the game to his advantage. Soon every smoldering look is an invitation, every argument is veiled with innuendo, and the game becomes real.
This is both one of the steamiest and sweetest books I’ve ever read. Five hallelujah stars!
